2016 NISSAN SENTRA PRICED STARTING AT $17,615



Price hikes vary across the lineup.


Refreshed for the new model year, the 2016 Nissan Sentra receives a price hike on all trim levels. Base models are only $250 more expensive than the previous model, but prices go up a whopping $1,450 when opting for the highest trim level.

The base Sentra S starts at $17,615 when paired with a six-speed manual transmission, or $18,465 when paired with the Xtronic CVT. These prices represent an increase of $250 from the previous model year. Standard features on this model include Bluetooth hands-free phone, cruise control, and a four-speaker sound system. To achieve increased fuel economy of 30/40 mpg city/highway, buyers can opt for the FE+S model, which goes for $18,865.

The next step up is the Sentra SV, priced at $19,385. This trim level includes push-button start, a 5.0-inch color display, six-speaker audio system, NissanConnect with Mobile Apps, rearview camera, and SiriusXM compatibility. At $21,245, the Sentra SR brings LED low beam projector headlights with LED accents, a rear spoiler with an integrated LED brake light, 17-inch aluminum alloy wheels, and a sport interior trim with heated front seats. Prices on the SR have increased $450 from the previous model.

As the range-topping model, the Sentra SL adds leather-appointed seats, a HomeLink Universal Transceiver, and other upgrades. Prices start at $23,005, or $1,450 more than last year.
